- Acting as a key point of contact for customers during the import process, including professional communication, customer support, and handling of invoices and accompanying documentation
Ihr Profil:
Your profile - what you bring to the table:
- Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training, or equivalent practical experience that allows you to hit the ground running
- Solid expertise in air freight and logistics, with a strong understanding of efficient transportation processes
- Class B driving license for maximum flexibility and mobility
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and modern office communication tools
- Strong team player with a passion for collaboration and contributing your own ideas
- Ability to stay focused and adaptable, even in a 3-shift operation
- Excellent knowledge of German and English ; additional foreign languages are a plus
