professionally. Tasks Consulting, design, and implementation across
the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Working with core workloads such as Teams,
SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive Supporting identity and
security topics including Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and
Microsoft Defender Delivering M365 migrations, rollouts, governance,
and adoption initiatives Running customer workshops and supporting
solution design Acting as a trusted advisor in modern workplace
projects Profile Practical experience across the Microsoft 365 suite
Broad understanding of collaboration, identity, and security services
Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, or Azure) or actively
working towards them Very good German and English skills (minimum C1)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented
mindset Residence in Germany and willingness to travel occasionally
(project-dependent) We offer Fully remote role within Germany
Structured onboarding and long-term development path Work led by
leading Microsoft specialists (including MVP-level expertise) Funded
Microsoft certifications, training, and conference participation
