**MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – SHIFT WORK (M/F/O)**

Our client, **BESTSELLER**, a globally recognized fashion brand, is setting new standards in speed, availability, and flexibility with the launch of a **state-of-the-art logistics center** featuring Exotec robots and fully automated carton and pallet handling.
As a **Maintenance Technician**, you will be a key player in monitoring performance and ensuring the smooth operation of electronics and mechanical systems. With a variety of tasks across a fully automated warehouse complex, every day brings new challenges—and great colleagues to collaborate with!
**Your Responsibilities**
- Maintain equipment during productive system use
- Perform preventive maintenance in line with the robots’ and equipment’s maintenance plans
- Execute on-site repairs and manage spare part orders
- Collaborate closely with the **Klinkhammer hotline** (Nuremberg) and **Exotec control room** (France)
- Monitor all technical systems through visualization software
- Implement Exotec-recommended retrofits
- Maintain system availability (KPI) while working in a **3-shift schedule (5-day week)**
**Your Profile**
- Background in **electrical or mechanical engineering**
- Experience in **equipment service and maintenance**
- Strong **customer focus** and adaptability
- Self-motivated with excellent **interpersonal skills**
- IT-savvy, capable of troubleshooting, planning, and reporting using software tools
- **P**roficient in English
