Our company is a growing facility service provider based in Munich. We are expanding our operations and need a dedicated professional to help manage our service quality, internal processes, and client compliance.

**Your tasks:**
- Monitor and evaluate operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal standards
- Conduct regular internal audits across different service locations
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Identify process weaknesses and recommend practical improvements
- Assist in developing and updating company policies and workflows
- Support department heads in implementing corrective actions
- Maintain documentation related to audits, compliance, and quality control
- Coordinate with external certification bodies if required
**Your profile:**
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: Some experience in internal auditing, operations management, or quality control is advantageous
- Languages: Good English communication skills; German is a plus
- Personal attributes: Analytical, detail‑oriented, independent, and well‑organized
**We offer:**
- Salary: Competitive annual gross salary negotiable based on experience
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Holiday: 30 days per year
- Contract type: Permanent
- Location: Munich (office‑based with occasional visits to client sites)
