Your profile:
* Bachelor's Degree or Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
* Excellence knowledge in English and German
* At least 2 years relevant working experience as Executive/Personal Assistant (desirable: in an international organisation/school)
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft programs, Google apps (desirable: Edval, ManageBac, dpw Sage, BMD)
* Well organised, strong communication skills, solution oriented, taking initiative
* Ability to learn and adapt
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Ability to interact positively in an international educational environment
Your tasks will be ...:
* Maintain calendar, receive visitors, screen telephone calls, ...
* Arrange appointments; transcribe, prepare, distribute and file agendas, notes
* Maintain a running list of special events, draft corresponding newsletter
* Make arrangements for all school events and duties
* Respond to parent and student requests for information
* Provide general guidance on procedures to new students and parents
* Manage and distribute staff communications
* Assist in the recruitment process by managing interview scheduling
* Deal with correspondence for new staff, orientation, information packs
