MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - HEALTHCARE (F/M/D)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Health Care vertical in Central Europe. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving commercial success in a complex, trust-based logistics environment. This role requires strong sales acumen, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to build senior-level relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive new business and support renewals in the Health Care sector.
* Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
* Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
* Collaborate cross-functionally across regions and departments.
* Maintain a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years in Contract Logistics, ideally with Health Care experience.
* Proven track record in value-based selling.
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* Fluent in German and English; willing to travel 30–60%.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
