*Manager Global Product Development (f/m/d)*

Join us in shaping the future of wound care! As part of the *Wound Care
Division*, you will lead the development of innovative products and
maintain our existing portfolio. Acting as a key interface between internal
teams (e.g., Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs) and
external partners such as suppliers and manufacturers, you will bring your
expertise in medical technology and product development to create solutions
that improve lives worldwide.
-Responsibilities: -
· Idea generation for new products and technologies
· Management and leadership of projects throughout the development
lifecycle including Design Reviews, Technical Reviews and Project Gate
Reviews within the Innovation and Development areas of the Wound Care
division
· Development of new products in compliance with relevant regulations and
standards and support audits (concept development, requirements
engineering, risk management, verification & validation testing)
· Preparation and presentation of project status at all levels of the
company
· Take technical responsibility for a defined product portfolio within
wound care with technical roadmap responsibility
· Collaboration with other departments e. g. marketing, production, supply
chain, regulatory affairs and external service providers
· Supporting the wider company in the maintenance and updating of
documentation in accordance with relevant requirements
-*Qualifications:*-
· Completed studies in natural science/engineering (e.g., medical
technology / mechatronics, material engineering)
· Practical experience in medical device development and requirements
engineering and risk management, ideally in the field of wound care
· Experience in the design and processing of medical systems (hardware /
electronics / disposables)
· Knowledge of the medical device’s regulation and the associated
subject areas (e.g., application, design control, biocompatibility,
clinical evaluation, risk management, sterilization, CE conformity, FDA,
etc.)
· Excellent analytical skills with high solution orientation
· Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with
practical expertise as project lead
· Fluent in English and German
