### Tasks
- We are looking for an individual who is not satisfied with merely achieving 100% SLA fulfillment, 5/5 CSAT scores, and perfect NPS. We seek a dedicated advocate for customer success who understands this as a continuous journey with evolving goals.
- We are in search of a technically proficient candidate with the entrepreneurial spirit and vision to join us in challenging the status quo and demonstrating that Germany can deliver outstanding service.
- We require someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technical and business teams, understanding their unique cultures and objectives.
- We need a leader who recognizes that fostering greater digital sovereignty in and for Europe goes beyond merely setting up and managing servers.

### Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of uninterrupted leadership experience in teams of more than 5 individuals within a relevant environment.
- Must be located in Berlin, with proximity to Ostkreuz considered a plus.
- Excellent command of both English and German is required.
- Familiarity with daily use of AI tools is essential—not just for spellchecking emails.
- Willingness and ability to pass the Sicherheitsüberprüfung 2 (SÜ2) is mandatory.
