Über diese Rolle

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du als Manager Operations die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich der biotechnologischen Produktion in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld. Du führst und entwickelst Deine Produktionsorganisation mit klarem Fokus auf Performance, Qualität, Compliance und Kostenbewusstsein. Dabei gestaltest Du aktiv die Standardisierung, Skalierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Herstellprozesse und treibst Operational-Excellence-Initiativen voran. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Engineering, R&D und weiteren Schnittstellen beteiligst du dich aktiv bei Transformations-, Modernisierungs- und Investitionsprojekten und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen

· Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der Produktionsmannschaft

· Operative Verantwortung für biotechnologische Produktionsprozesse unter GMP-Bedingungen

· Sicherstellung von Produktverfügbarkeit, Qualität, Compliance und Kostenkontrolle im regulierten Umfeld

· Standardisierung, Skalierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Herstellprozessen sowie Umsetzung von Operational-Excellence-Initiativen

· Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungs- und Investitionsprojekten, inklusive Einführung neuer Produkte sowie Produktions- und IPC-Systeme

· Enge, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle, Engineering, R&D und weiteren Stakeholdern auf fachlicher und Management-Ebene

· Aktives Troubleshooting, Change- und Stakeholder-Management sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette

Dein Profil

· Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biotechnologie, Biologie, Biochemie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise mit abgeschlossener Promotion

· Nachgewiesen hohe fachliche Expertise in biotechnologischen Produktionsverfahren

· Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld

· Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsstärke einhergehend mit gesundem Pragmatismus und lösungsorientiertem Arbeitsstil

· Sehr gutes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Herstellvorschriften, SOPs und Produktionsdokumentation

· Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
