What we are looking for
* University degree: in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field
* Several years of professional experience: including a senior management or executive role within manufacturing, machinery or energy technology
* Proven track record: in strategy, business development and organizational leadership
* Skills: strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and energy systems or related industries
* Language skills: fluent in both German and English languages
* Attributes: excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on, decisive and results-oriented personality
What you can expect
* Overall responsibility for two companies: special machinery engineering (~50 employees) and hydrogen electrolyzer systems (~30 employyes)
* Define, implement and execute long-term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation in both sectors
* Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management
* Represents the companies with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally
* Strengthens synergies between mechanical engineering and hydrogen technology activities
* Builds and develops leadership teams and organizational structures
* Promotes and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability
* Drives continuous improvement initiatives
