The role is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued growth, we are planning to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm, near Mainz, around October 2026.

Your Impact

As a Mandarin-speaking Admin Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our daily business operations and helping build efficient administrative structures as we continue to grow across Germany. Depending on your experience and strengths, you'll take ownership of one or more focus areas while working closely with colleagues across Europe and our headquarters.


Your responsibilities may include:

* Take ownership of one or more administrative focus areas, including Asset & Inventory Management, Travel Management, Archive Management, or Procurement
* Coordinate day-to-day administrative processes and ensure smooth business operations
* Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration
* Manage documentation, records, and administrative workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
* Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers where required
* Support office administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
* Work closely with colleagues from our European teams and headquarters in an international business environment
* Take on additional administrative projects and responsibilities as our business continues to grow

What You'll Bring

We're looking for motivated professionals who enjoy taking ownership, working in an international environment, and helping build efficient administrative structures in a fast-growing organization.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

* Previous experience in Administration, Office Management, Business Support, Procurement, Facilities, or a comparable administrative role


* Strong organizational skills with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
* The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
* A hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the willingness to take responsibility
* Fluent in Mandarin and English; German is a strong plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems or SAP is an advantage
* The motivation to grow together with a rapidly expanding international company
