**You'll make an impact by**- You conduct research on code models focusing on synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning (RL) post-training to enhance model performance- Following this, you design and implement pipelines to efficiently generate and utilize synthetic data for training purposes- In addition, you develop and evaluate advanced RL methods tailored for the post-training optimization of code models- Throughout your internship, you collaborate closely with data & AI scientists to drive innovative solutions in the field of machine learning- Lastly, you document your findings comprehensively and share them within the team to foster knowledge exchange and collective growth


**This is how you'll win us over**
- **Education**: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field- **Experience and Skills**:- You possess strong Python programming skills; knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus- You have a solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts- You are familiar with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face- You demonstrate a strong interest in reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
