Marketing & Communications Intern
Our Global Marketing & Communications team helps shape how DHL eCommerce shows up to the world – from building our brand to keeping our people informed and inspired. We work with teams across the globe, create content, support campaigns, and bring our stories to life. As part of the team, you’ll get hands on experience in real projects and learn how communications‑on experience in real projects and learn how communications work in a truly international environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing & Comms Support
* Help us create and publish content for our internal channels (like SmartConnect, newsletters, and updates).
* Support external comms projects, including gathering updates and stories from teams around the world.
* Jump in on global marketing initiatives – from campaign ideas to content planning.
Content & Digital Support
* Help design and update content on our intranet pages and digital platforms.
* Draft copy, create visuals, and pull together presentation materials.
* Assist with organizing and keeping track of brand assets (photos, videos, templates).
Project & Event Support
* Work with our comms community across regions and time zones.
* Help us prepare for global events like town halls, leadership updates, or quick filming sessions.
* Support the creation of sales and marketing presentations by gathering stories, examples, and visuals.
Research & Organization
* Look into trends, story ideas, best practice examples, and inspiration.‑practice examples, and inspiration.
* Support editing and quality-checking content so it’s clear, consistent, and on-brand.
* Help update guides, checklists, and instructions that keep our processes running smoothly.
What You Bring
* Studies: You’re currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, Journalism, Digital Media or in a similar field.
* You’re comfortable writing in English and enjoy shaping messages in a clear, engaging way.
* You know your way around PowerPoint and Word, and ideally digital tools or content platforms too.
* Any experience from internships, student jobs, or projects in comms, marketing, social media or events is a bonus – but enthusiasm counts just as much.
* An eye for visuals or basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, even simple layout sense) are helpful but not required.
