**About the Role**
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator with at least two years of experience in B2B marketing to join our team in our office in Hamburg. In this role, you will actively support the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Sales team. You will help manage and update the website, create social media content, produce visuals, support the creation of print and digital materials, and assist in day-to-day marketing activities that contribute to brand visibility, lead generation, sales enablement and professional communication across all channels.
You will also play an active role in organic social media engagement by contributing to industry conversations, researching relevant topics and helping increase Cellbox’s visibility in the Biotech community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support ongoing updates and adjustments on the company website (content, new pages, landing pages, visuals).
- Plan, prepare and publish B2B social media content across LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Create banners, visuals, posts, print-ready assets and simple animations.
- Assist with content preparation for campaigns, newsletters, brochures, sales materials and product communications.
- Actively monitor key industry channels, contribute to discussions, and comment under relevant posts to increase Cellbox visibility.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, questions and interactions in a professional and on-brand tone.
- Identify relevant accounts, hashtags, trends and industry topics for organic growth.
- Support the Head of Marketing in daily operations, project coordination and creation of digital & print assets.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver marketing materials that help accelerate the sales cycle (presentations, one-pagers, flyers, trade show materials).
- Help prepare and update marketing materials for conferences and industry events.
- Monitor channel performance and gather metrics for reporting.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online or B2B marketing, ideally in technology-driven, Biotech, MedTech or Life Science environments.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn, X and YouTube for business communication.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe (or similar creative tools) to create clean, professional visuals
- Basic knowledge of website content management
- Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable working style.
- Ability to execute quickly, manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Excellent English and German skills.
**Nice-to-have**
- Basic familiarity with scientific topics, life sciences or technical products to ensure confident communication in a Biotech environment.
- Experience with community engagement or organic social growth strategies.
- Interest in researching industry trends, topics and competitors.
