Administrative support for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
Support on and execution of procurement process related tasks like purchase orders, invoice management and vendors qualification
Support management of budget and plan
Managing and maintaining processes like iLiss/ Codesoft, PDM
Support labelling process, quality check
Conducting quarterly queries and further analysis to support the team
Internal communication tasks, such as event organization, information management, and data provision
Tender management support
Completed commercial education or a bachelor's degree
Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing
Structured and reliable way of working
Constructive and open collaboration and communication
Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
Solution- and results-oriented approach
Fluent in English and German
