How You’ll Make an Impact

- Support the execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for our Gas Services new unit business globally, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of marketing and communications experts, agency partners and global stakeholders to drive strategic sales enablement and marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement highly targeted digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing assets that empower our global sales team and facilitate effective sales enablement.
- In alignment with key stakeholders, position Siemens Energy as a thought leader in the industry through creative storytelling, media opportunities and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales enablement activities, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and supporting our business objectives.


Your Profile

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a requirement. Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on the B2B industrial sector.
- Skilled in complex stakeholder management and networking, with a proven ability to leverage key insights for strategic advantage.
- A demonstrated track record of utilizing cutting-edge marketing innovations and technologies to drive results.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging and accessible communications.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and navigate intercultural dynamics effectively.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
