SpringWorks Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients with rare tumors.
We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN).At SpringWorks, we are committed to finding answers people with rare tumors need. Join a fast-growing, mission-driven biotech company and play a pivotal role in driving growth of two innovative oncology brands in rare diseases. This role brings the opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategy end-to-end, thrive in a start-up environment, and make a real impact for patients.
You will be Munich-based with 2 days/ week office presence.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Drive the successful commercialization and launch of two rare oncology brands with a hands-on, can-do approach
- Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, face to face and other channels
- Create and localize impactful materials for diverse stakeholders (e.g., HCPs, patients) aligned with brand objectives and field team needs
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis; infer insights and refine marketing strategy and tactics
- Plan and execute congresses and other relevant stakeholder events in cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with external agencies and cross-functional teams - especially medical, sales and market access - to deliver high-quality outputs
- Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards, in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams
- Track and optimize marketing KPIs and ROI; manage and optimize marketing budget in a proactive manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide product knowledge, marketing materials, and training sessions
Who you are:
- BSc or higher in marketing/communication/business related degree or similar
- 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical marketing or other relevant role
- Rare disease experience required, product launch experience preferred, previous sales experience beneficial
- Passion for making an impact in rare disease care and willingness to take initiative beyond defined responsibilities
- Resilient self-starter with high energy, strong ownership and a collaborative mindset
- Creative mindset paired with strong execution skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong prioritization, organization, and timely execution skills
- Fluent in German and English
