YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support
- Contribute to the creation, update, and animation of our Marketing und Sales Toolbox (best practices, templates, success stories, visuals).
- Support the animation of the internal platform sharing key content, best practices, and updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations, visuals, and reports for internal and external use.
Sales Operations
- Support country teams with sales tools and materials to improve conversion and family engagement.
- Contribute to tracking and analyzing performance indicators (lead conversion, tour feedback, NPS).
- Assist in organizing international meetings and seminars, including logistics and content follow-up.
Communication und Coordination
- Draft and distribute meeting summaries (CRs), follow up on action plans, and ensure key updates are shared with stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across countries (Marketing, Sales Ops, HR, Education) to ensure consistency and alignment.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master s level).
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French or another language is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Curious, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Motivation to learn and contribute to a purpose-driven company focused on families and children.
