Your Responsibilities
Customer-Focused Tasks
* Implement and monitor customer-defined quality requirements in production
* Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specifications) and coordinate customer approvals
* Organize and support customer audits and visits; ensure smooth communication and execution
* Review and align internal processes with customer specifications; manage claims and 8D processes
Production-Focused Tasks
* Monitor compliance with internal quality standards and initiate corrective actions to prevent nonconformities
* Support qualification of new materials, equipment, and processes; promote continuous improvement and advanced problem-solving methods
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to standardize quality requirements across all product life stages
Your Profile
* HTL graduate, University degree in e.g. Engineering or equivalent proven experience
* Strong communication skills in English for the Customer focused role and German language skills for the Production focused role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized and eager to learn
* Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage
