Your Responsibilities
* Planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and technical equipment
* Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
* Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
* Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
* Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety
Your Profile
* Technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the manufacturing industry
* Solid knowledge of maintenance methods, fault analysis, reliability management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
* Experience with maintenance software and MS Office applications
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset along with strong communication skills
* Team-oriented, assertive, and highly self-motivated
* German and English required
