#### Your Tasks
- Consolidate (identification, validation) the MBSE solutions at service of the systems engineering business processes;
- Consolidate the deployment and maintenance/evolution of the MBSE solutions in line with the systems engineering business processes;
- Pave the way to generate an MBSE centre of competences in terms of a team of experts and modellers at support of the projects;
- Foster the growth of know-why and know-how within the MBSE context via use cases, conferences, pilot projects, R&D (FFE) projects compatibly with the budget and the strategy at company level and at group level;
- Participate in the representation of the TDA as liaison to the CTO of the Group, specifically in the area of the digitalization of engineering and AIT and production;
- Contribute to the harmonization and the maturity of technologies and methodologies at service to the systems engineering processes (enablers);
- Keep the MBSE portfolio up-to-date (including visibility of conferences, participation to symposia/conferences, working group, trainings);
- Maintain the MBSE channels of communication (confluence page, one.OHB link);
#### Your Qualifications
- University degree (preferably Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering) with majors in systems engineering for space systems. A PhD in Systems Engineering and/or related MBSE topics would be seen as an advantage;
- Proven experience in MBSE (regardless of methods/tools/languages);
- Proven experience with multi-disciplinary tasks related to digital threads (e.g. MBSE, digital twins, multi-disciplinary simulation);
- Proven experience in engineering multi-disciplinary domains, preferably in a systems engineering context;

- Verbal and written synthesis skills with adoption of proper level of depth depending on the audience;
- Structured way of organizing personal tasks as well as others’ tasks in a frame consistent to the overall picture;
- Self curious and innovative mindset, still capable of encouraging a culture of curiosity and innovation in others and simultaneously willing to listen to internal customer needs;
- Strong ethical principles;
- Management skills are desirable, yet not seen as a pre-requisite as subject to potential training in a dedicated development plan.
