**Do you love challenges?**

As Project / Delivery Assurance Manager for SAP and ServiceNow Projects and Managed Services, you will be responsible for:



- **Conducting risk and quality assessments** for new and existing large customer engagements, ensuring SAP and ServiceNow-specific risks are addressed.



- **Providing feedback on the Deal Governance process** to ensure that new projects and services meet agreed standards and quality expectations.



- Supporting Red/Amber projects by developing and executing " **Back to Green" action plans** , including internal management reporting.



- **Managing**   **customer escalations:**  leading top management customer escalations, supporting executive management in the de-escalation process, addressing root causes, and restoring customer confidence.



- Defining the necessary **quality checks for SAP and ServiceNow projects and services** to ensure quality, speed and profitability

- Bachelor’s **degree in IT, Computer Science** , or a related field



Several **years of work experience in Delivery Assurance, Project and/or Services Management** proves your:



- **Expertise in SAP and ServiceNow** within complex enterprise environments



- **Delivery assurance skills** , supported by certification (e.g. Six Sigma)



- Strong **project/service management** and **leadership abilities**



- Solid **analytical and problem-solving skills** , with a data-driven approach



- **Excellent communication and collaboration** skills with technical and business stakeholders



-   **Commitment to continuous improvement** , attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure



- **Knowledge of IT standards and regulations** (ISO 9001, CMMI, GDPR)



- **Proficiency in written and spoken English and German**
