We are currently looking for
**Nurses for Elderly Care (m/f/d)**
permanent and full-time for our residential care facilities in Olpe and the surrounding area.
You and your colleagues are the heart of our organisation! You will use your professional and social skills to ensure dignified living conditions for our residents. You provide individualised basic and treatment care, implement measures prescribed by doctors and be reliably involved in the planning and implementation of the care process. Our offer:
- A fully furnished apartment - rental costs will be deducted from your salary
- Employer support in administrative matters and official appointments
- A permanent employment contract
- Competitive remuneration in accordance with the AVR collective agreement (including a company pension scheme)
- A basic monthly salary of €3,304.69, plus a care allowance of €204.82, as well as additional bonuses for weekend and public holiday shifts (upon full recognition of qualifications)
- Annual bonus payment and, if desired, the opportunity to participate in a long-term working time account
- Reimbursement of travel expenses and support for German language courses
- Opportunities for networking and exchange with other international professionals
- An attractive health and fitness programme

Your profile:
- German language level: B1
- Certificate of equivalence from the relevant regional authority recognising your foreign professional qualifications as equivalent to German standards
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment, and professional expertise
- Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others, along with strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with people in need of care
- Emotional resilience and flexibility
