Your Tasks - You are the expert for acoustics, your technical expertise drives you to achieve top performance every day - You will develop the acoustic behavior of our vehicles and thus ensure compliance with the legal requirements and the high sound quality expected by our customers - You will manage the requirements in the projects in such a way that all acoustic targets are met in the production vehicle of all TRATON brands - To achieve this, you will prepare NVH measurements, carry them out independently, analyse the data and draw your conclusions from them - You will instruct colleagues from the workshops on the application of NVH measures and measurement technology - You will be responsible for achieving the project goals and presenting your results and conclusions to the project team and management Your Qualifications - You have a master degree in electrical, mechanical or automotive engineering or comparable - You are experienced in NVH, vehicle acoustics and commercial vehicle technology - You can work with NVH measuring systems, ideally HEAD Artemis and Müller-BBM PAK - You are creative and goal-oriented, and you can deliver results autonomously even under pressure of time - You can transfer your existing good theoretical NVH knowledge into practical solutions for our series products - You have strong analytical skills, and you are working structured - You have fluent German and English Language skills We offer - Flexible working hours with trust-based working hours - Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU - 30 leave days + 6-8 additional free days due to conversion option - Attractive compensation with 5 special payments - Benefits and employee discounts including VW leasing offers - Company pension scheme - Digital learning from everywhere - Global career opportunities with TRATON brands in Sweden, USA and Brazil Job information This position is with TRATON R&D Germany GmbH  in München (department TGRCTA2 (70471471)).
