Your key responsibilities:
- Consulting and Auditing: Independent safety consulting and auditing based on legal and internal regulations
- Analysis and Prevention: Assessment of working conditions and development of measures to prevent hazards
- Accident Analysis: Investigation of accidents as well as hazardous and stressful situations
- Training: Conducting workshops and training sessions for managers, employees, and external partners
- Projects: Independent participation and shared leadership in projects and programs (e.g., for systematization, digitization, and standardization), as well as coordination of interdisciplinary interfaces
Ihr Profil:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical focus (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable)
- Experience: Training as an occupational safety specialist, preferably in a technical environment; many years of professional experience are desirable
- Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strategic understanding, and a talent for planning and organization
- Communication: Empathy, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
- Team Player: Strong customer focus and ability to work well in a team
- Commitment: High level of initiative and dedication
- Languages: Very good command of German and English
