About the RoleSEMRON is a young tech startup developing powerful hardware that enables AI applications to run directly on smartphones and other mobile devices—quickly, efficiently, and without cloud dependency.Our team consists of around 20 people from all over the world. We work with focus but without rigid corporate structures. To help our team focus on their work, we are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and hands-on person to support us with administrative tasks and manage our office. You will keep track of open matters, ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly, and be happy to help with practical tasks when needed. What you will do: Administration & Team Support • You will monitor shared email inboxes, forward requests to the right people, and follow up on open matters. • You will organize incoming invoices and receipts and maintain a complete and well-structured filing system. • You will support travel expense processing and the administration of annual leave, sickness, and other absences. • You will prepare documents and information for internal and external contacts. • You will support the management team with scheduling and general administrative tasks and help us continuously improve our organizational processes. • You will support our recruiting activities—from publishing job advertisements and coordinating interviews to onboarding new employees. • You will plan internal activities and team events together with the team. Office Organization & Office Care • You will ensure that our office, kitchen, and shared spaces remain tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming. • You will coordinate our cleaning service and ensure that the agreed work is completed reliably. • You will manage beverages, food, office supplies, and other consumables—from ordering to checking deliveries. • You will coordinate with our landlord, tradespeople, and other external service providers and keep track of open matters. What you should bring in: • You work reliably, independently, and in a well-organized manner, even when managing several tasks at once. • You enjoy organizing, take a hands-on approach, and notice what needs to be done. • You communicate in a friendly, professional, and dependable manner and have very good German and good English skills. • You handle invoices, employee data, and other confidential information carefully and discreetly. • You are confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint. • You are willing to use AI tools pragmatically to simplify administrative processes and improve efficiency. • Initial experience in team assistance, office management, administration, hospitality, or a comparable field is helpful—but your approach and attitude matter more to us. No prior knowledge of semiconductors or artificial intelligence is required.
