pipeline and network operators, technology companies, mining
companies, construction and civil engineering firms and the public
sector. Aufgaben Managing office operations including reception, mail
handling, switchboard, and general office organization Supporting
facility management, including coordination of external service
providers (e.g. craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers) Managing
office supplies, equipment, and access control systems Organizing
meetings and company events Supporting procurement and accounting
(purchasing and invoice processing) Organizing and managing guest
apartments Ensuring the proper condition of office spaces (regular
floor walks) Profil Completed vocational training in office
communication, office management, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in office/facility management or the
hospitality industry Excellent German and English skills, both written
and spoken Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a
hands-on mentality Proficient in MS Office High service orientation,
friendliness, and team spirit Enjoy working in an environment that
