Your Tasks: Manage project documentation and correspondence (ENG/RU), maintain version control and filling. Organize meetings with European suppliers and perform administrative tasks, follow up on deadlines. Coordinate the Project Director's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and cross-border logistics. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and action trackers and ensure timely follow-up. Translate and draft correspondence in ENG KAZ / RU with accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Liaise with HR, IT, and Finance teams regarding onboarding, system access, procurement requests, and expense handling. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and act as the first point of contact for the Project Director. Organize workshops and events; coordinate vendors and facilities for office operations. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience within international projects or engineering companies. Fluency in English and Kazakh/Russian; German is an advantage. Advanced MS Office skills; experience with EDMS tools (Microsoft/SharePoint/DocuSign). Strong organizational skills, discretion, and effective stakeholder communication. Your Benefits: Location: Heilbronn, Germany; office-based engineering role within an international team.
