* Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve CRM effectiveness.
* Support CRM tool adoption and facilitate knowledge sharing across local teams and markets.
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in CRM or digital marketing.
* Finished Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similiarrelated field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
* Experience with campaign management and customer journeys.
* Knowledge of CRM tools/platforms (Bloomreach is a plus).
* Understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
* English: B2 (confident verbal and written communication in a professional working environment)
