Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our team and drive business growth in the MV MOSFET sector through innovation and customer engagement. You'll lead product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to shape the future of power semiconductor technology.
* Support and execute design-in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in MV MOSFET, with a focus on close customer interaction, requirements collections and roadmap contribution
* Have ownership of a dedicated MV MOSFET voltage range
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers
* Act as Project Owner for product development projects
* Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in these segments through market research and analysis, including: Analyzing market data and trends, and engaging with industry experts and thought leaders

* A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the Power Semiconductors industry, with a focus on Product Marketing, Applications, or Engineering roles
* A proven track record of delivering business results, driving market leadership, and expanding revenue growth in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, and effectively collaborate to drive business outcomes
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges, develop strategic solutions, and implement tactical plans, combining a detail-oriented approach with critical and strategic thinking
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills. German is a plus
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
