**Your Tasks:**
- Supporting the entire order processing workflow
- Managing our international customers from order entry to delivery of the finished product
- Written and telephone communication with customer contacts
- Close coordination with regional Key Account Managers and internal departments
- Recording and processing maintenance orders, complaints, and returns
- Determining delivery dates in collaboration with production planning
**Your Profile:**
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally professional experience in internal sales within a manufacturing and technical company
- Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and common ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Strong service orientation, teamwork skills, and a careful, conscientious working style
