**Your Profile**
- Completed vocational training as a floor installer, interior decorator, or equivalent skilled trade
- Good knowledge of German
- Experience installing various types of flooring is desirable
- Manual skills, attention to detail, and a tidy working style
- Driving license category B
- Careful, structured, and independent working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays

ONE Immobilien Services provides its employees with housing according to defined standards. About 70% of employees live privately, while the remaining 30% of apartments and houses are purchased or rented by the company, modernized, and furnished – always at local market rents. Since summer 2020, around 4,500 residential places have been created for employees. Properties are regularly inspected to ensure equipment, condition, and occupancy. Older properties are gradually replaced by new, higher-quality buildings.
