For our Munich office, we are looking for a People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) in part time.Responsibilities
• You create and publish job postings, screen applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the process
• Together with the team, you manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• You keep our HR information system (Personio) accurate and up to date at all times
• You support the organization of team events and training sessions
• You contribute to improving communication and transparency across the organization and help guide our team through the transition into the scale-up phase
• You help foster and maintain a company culture built on shared values and principles
• You take on general administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree
• You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
• You have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• You work professionally, discreetly, and proactively
• You ideally have experience working in complex, innovation-driven environments such as deep tech or research-based companies
