Your prospective job:
For our renown client Airbus Operations at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Performance Manager FAL Quality A320 (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

- Support the setup of the Performance, Resources and Budget Management for the Quality Department and participate in planning and strategy discussions in order to organize the activities of the department in the next few years
- Organize and lead regular review meetings (e.g. Department Performance; PDCA-review, Plan-Do-Check-Adapt)
- Prepare and review targets for Quality FAL Hamburg in Hoshin Kanri and KPI Tree approach
- Manage the monthly performance cascade
- Create business cases for internal projects

Your profile:

- Completed studies in business engineering, computer science, international management or comparable
- Professional experience in controlling, project management and process management
- Good experience in lean management and KAIZEN
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and Google Sheets
- Experience with BI-Tools would be a plus
- High proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
