studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis or similar with work
experience in Performance Management Strong analytical and reporting
skills , with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
Experience in performance management, business steering or operational
governance Excellent stakeholder management and communication
abilities Proven experience in coordinating complex reporting cycles
and cross-functional contributions Highly organized, detail-oriented,
and comfortable managing deadlines Fluent in English ; German and
other languages are an advantage Tasks Reporting & Data Management
Ensure alignment and quality standards for performance reporting
Maintain clarity on performance status vs. targets and update KPI
structures Oversee the full reporting flow, ensuring timelines and
monthly cycles run smoothly MPD & UPD Process Management Meeting
Facilitation & Governance Organize and run efficient MPD meetings,
including agenda flexibility, timing control, room preparation, and
communication flow Capture and circulate SMART actions, key
communications, and key developments from reporting areas Weekly
Reporting Collect and consolidate weekly reports, ensuring timely
distribution and standards Benefits Long project assignments in
