You are acting as a Performance & Digitalization Officer A320 Family Quality Customer Line (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and Deliver A320 Family Quality Customer Line Performance ManagementDeliver the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicator for Quality Customer LinesIntegrate KPI and deliver the associated dashboards for performance monitoring
- Support and Deliver Customers Performance ManagementDeliver the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicator for Customer Management and Customer WatchTowerIntegrate KPI and deliver the associated dashboards and template for Customer Management and Communication
- Support and Deliver In-Service of Customer PortfolioDeliver Customers Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical RequestsBe the Customers interface on MQI Technical Request
- Develop the Digital Transformation of the teamEnhance processes and KPI improvement through digitalizationImprove capitalization through digitalization
- Close collaboration with the central and operational quality functions in manufacturing, delivery and in-service, as well as various other interfaces in Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement
Your profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or comparable
- Work experience in aerospace, process improvement, project and quality management
- Experience in performance management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Total Quality Management
- AI skills required
- Confident handling of Goolge Workspace
- Fluent English spoken and written
- German and/or French is an advantage
