Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver Performance Management for the A320 Family Quality Customer Line
- Define, implement and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality Customer Lines
- Integrate KPIs and develop dashboards for performance monitoring
- Support and deliver Customer Performance Management
- Define and implement KPIs for Customer Management and Customer WatchTower
- Develop dashboards and standard templates for customer management and communication
- Support In-Service activities for the customer portfolio
- Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical Requests
- Act as customer interface for MQI Technical Requests
- Drive the digital transformation of the team
- Improve processes and KPI performance through digitalization
- Enhance data capitalization and knowledge management via digital solutions
- Work in close collaboration with central and operational Quality functions in Manufacturing, Delivery and In-Service, as well as with Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or Aerospac
- 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Project Management, Process Improvement or Quality Management
- Experience in Performance Management is an advantage
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management and problem-solving methodologies
- AI knowledge required
- Strong analytical mindset and digital affinity
- High level of autonomy, ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Professional and customer-focused working style
- Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus)
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
