- Compliance with safety and quality standards on the construction site

- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Independent and reliable work ethic
- Teamwork skills and commitment
- Class B driving licence preferred
- German language skills are an advantage for construction site communication.
- **Career changers are welcome** if they have practical experience in construction.
