Tasks & responsibilities
* You will drive digital transformation initiatives within QC Biologicals, with a strong focus on automation, data integration, and optimization of laboratory workflows.
* You will develop and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and simplify processes (e.g. automated workflows, data flows, reporting, and dashboard creation).
* Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will collaborate with analytics experts, process specialists, IT, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions.
* You will present project outcomes to internal and external audiences, including contributions to scientific publications and conferences.

Additional tasks for one of the positions offered
* In this role, you will design and execute cutting-edge research projects in the field of particle analytics and advanced microscopy.
* You will further develop AI-based image analysis and classification approaches to advance microscopic methods and data interpretation.



Requirements
* PhD in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, bioanalytics, data science, bioinformatics, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in digitalization, automation, or data science (e.g. Python, AI/ML)
* Background in analytics for biological products is desirable
* Knowledge of particle analytics is advantageous (for one of the positions offered)
* Understanding of GMP requirements and data integrity principles is considered a plus
* Ability to work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams
* Fluent in English; advanced German language skills required
