**Ich bin so gut – Aufgaben:**

- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Team an Projektidentifikation, Ausschreibungen und Angeboten (techn. Spezifikationen, Lösungsdesigns, Kostenschätzungen). Presales ist dabei die Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und unserem Service und ein wesentlicher Teil des Customer Life Cycles.
- Die Präsentation des IF‑6040 Soft‑ und Hardware‑Portfolios sowie die Durchführung von Kundenworkshops zur Aufnahme und Umsetzung prozessualer Anforderungen inklusive Proof‑of‑Concepts liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
- Die Vorbereitung und Konfiguration kundenspezifischer Demos sowie von Software‑ und Hardware‑Lösungen für Präsentationen, Pilotprojekte und interne Dokumentationen liegen bei dir in den besten Händen.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson in der Presales‑Phase, koordinierst Kundentermine und unterstützt bei Messen, Roadshows und Kundenevents durch Vorträge, Demos und Beratung.

**Ich bin so weit – Profil:**

- **Deine Basis:** Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen wünschenswert in der Personalabteilung/ HR oder Umgang mit Zeitwirtschaft
- **Deine Hard Skills: **Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung in den Bereichen Zeitwirtschaft, Workforce\_Management, Zutrittskontrolle und Hardwaretechnik, Projekterfahrung in IT-Einführungs-/Entwicklungsprojekten.
- **Deine Sprachkenntnisse:** Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- **Deine Soft Skills: **Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnet dich aus. Dabei trittst du selbstsicher gegenüber Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen auf, kannst dich schnell auf neue Situationen und Herausforderungen einstellen, hast eine gute Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, hohe Eigenmotivation und Problemlösungskompetenz
- **Deine Reisebereitschaft:** Dafür bist du auch flexibel und bringst Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Kunden in Deutschland mit. (50% Reisebereitschaft)
