- **Requirement Translation**: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the IT development team.
- **Project Progress Tracking**: Monitor the progress of IT requests and development tasks, ensuring they align with business needs and project timelines.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Lead the testing phase to validate that the developed features meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- **Communication and Change Management**: Communicate project updates, changes, and developments to all stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the implementation process.
- **Training and Support**: Develop and deliver training materials, and provide hands-on training sessions to ensure that business users are fully equipped to use the new DMS effectively.
## **Qualifications:**
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Service management and warranty processes within a retail company.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Process Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment involving DMS or ERP systems.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
## **Preferred Qualifications:**
- **Additional Languages**: Proficiency in other languages relevant to the company's operations is an asset (German, French).
- **Project Management**: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
