Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Procurement Project Management Officer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Identifying and leading value creation project and support product or service innovation
- Ensuring risk management
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in project management, experience in purchase and aerospace
- Good knowledge in change managemenr and risk management
- Knowledge in stakeholder management
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Planisware and other PM tools are an advantage
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written
- German and/or french knowledge is an advantage
