**Position overview:**

Responsible for driving the product lifecycle with excellence and alignment across all phases—from ideation and development to ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Lifecycle Governance:** Ensure the established product lifecycle framework is consistently followed, and document any exceptions.
- **Process Integrity:** Safeguard clarity, quality, and traceability at every stage of the product development process, whether for Product or Engineering.
- **Quality Execution:** Maintain high standards of execution to deliver products that meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
 
 
**Your Day to Day:**
- Maintain **Jira Product Discovery** as the single source of truth for product ideas, roadmaps, delivery progress, and GTM plans.
- Collaborate with product managers, owners, engineering leads, and teams to support all lifecycle stages.
- Ensure compliance with entry and exit criteria across product development steps.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
- Support strategic goals through collaboration and data on value realization, time-to-market, and innovation metrics.
- Ensure traceability and quality of product decisions from ideation to maintenance.
- Monitor and report key lifecycle metrics (e.g., lead time, cycle time, backlog health).
- Foster a culture of structured thinking, documentation, and feedback loops.
- Train and guide teams on best practices for Jira Product Discovery and related tools.
 
**What makes you excel in this position:**
- Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools: Jira Product Discovery, Jira Software, and Confluence.
- 3+ years’ experience in process engineering, ideally in software or SaaS; finance/banking domain preferred.
- Solid understanding of change management and situational leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at working across teams and levels.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and managing virtual communication.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, managing documentation, and reporting on metrics.
