## What You’ll Do:

- Bring technical perspective to product discussions — not because it’s a separate responsibility, but because you
- naturally care about the outcome.
## Who you are:
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience with shipped products (React Native on the frontend is required & Golang on the backend is preferred).
- Genuine, daily fluency with at least one AI coding tool — and a track record of using that fluency to actually ship more, not just code more comfortably.
- Product curiosity. You think about whether a feature is working, not just whether it’s deployed. You have opinions about what to build next, not just how to build it.
- Comfortable working in a small team with minimal process overhead — you create your own structure.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in gaming, consumer apps, or any product where user retention is the core metric.
- Nice to have: Prior exposure to product thinking — even informally: owning a feature roadmap, writing a PRD, running a side project.
