**Product Owner Error Management**
**(KPM JIRA Data Synchronization) – (d/f/m)** **limited to 1 year**

**The** **Opportunity**

For an automotive development opportunity, we are looking for a new colleague in our Error Management Team.
The focus of activities is on the tracking and reporting of error tickets for hardware and software errors, various vehicle projects in the development phase.
As Product Owner (d/f/m) you will drive the development and optimization of error management processes and tools with focus on KPM and JIRA, ensuring seamless synchronization across platforms. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, prioritization of backlog items, and governance compliance to deliver high-quality solutions.
Additionally, focus is on prioritization, task allocation and tracking of deliveries from team.
The role also emphasizes continuous improvement of automation workflows and proactive risk management to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Key Result Areas

- Creation, standardization and automation of Error Management data synchronization
- Define and prioritize backlog items for Error Management tools (KPM, KPM Wrapper, Jira).
- Establish KPIs for backlog delivery, synchronization accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Align requirements with CARIAD stakeholders and development teams.
- Coordinate development activities and ensure compliance with governance.
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions.
- Reporting of status to customers and other stakeholders
- Prioritization / task allocation / tracking of team deliveries
- Tracking / communication of delayed deliverables to Project Lead / customer
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for synchronization processes and error management workflows

**Required & nice to have Skills**

**Must Haves:**

- Technical degree in information technology, software engineering or related field
- 3 years working experience (preferred in area of automotive)
- 2 years working experience in VW Group and SW-Development / testing (automotive) for KPM JIRA Data Synchronization
- Expert knowledge in data synchronization and automation with Java and Python
- Expert knowledge in Error Management processes and tools (KPM / JIRA)
- Good communication & moderation skills (oral + written) & confident appearance
- Analytical mind and complex thinking
- Very good knowledge in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook)
- Experience in leading small teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience facilitating ceremonies
- Ability to define and monitor KPIs for process efficiency and backlog management
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks in automotive software development
- Fluent in English and German
