Product Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead product portfolio activities to support strategic product definition
- Combine market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial data to shape product strategy
- Conduct structured analysis and data-driven modeling to evaluate segment dynamics and competitor positioning
- Develop lifecycle opportunities and define product mix, profitability, and timing
- Prepare proposals to support decision-making and optimized portfolio planning for overseas markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product direction

Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in automotive product planning (PPL), ideally with exposure to European and global markets
- Strong background in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio strategy
- Ability to integrate financial understanding into product mix and profitability decisions
- Excellent skills in data-driven analysis and modeling (Excel, BI tools, forecasting)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and proposals to senior stakeholders
- Fluent English skills
