### This is How You Make a Difference
As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you play a central role in ensuring efficient, timely and well-coordinated production processes. You make sure that production and material planning works seamlessly across departments. Your tasks include:
- Planning, creating, scheduling and releasing production orders while ensuring capacity, material availability and on-time delivery.
- Maintaining realistic production and material requirements planning (MRP), monitoring order progress and managing deviations.
- Ensuring material availability in close collaboration with Procurement.
- Coordinating planning activities with Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to secure synchronized workflows and shipping dates.
- Maintaining and updating ERP master data, including BOMs, work plans, target times and order status.
- Optimizing production planning processes, tools, KPIs and internal workflows.
- Supporting production with order prioritization, contingency planning and resource planning (e.g., shift planning).

### What you Bring to the Table
- A commercial or technical education.
- An industrial, technical, or production-related background (e.g., Production Management or similar).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Good English skills (German is a plus).
