## Key responsibilities
You are responsible for the development and optimization of specialized manufacturing processes, with a focus on welding technology and printing methods. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for our production requirements.
## Your main tasks include:
- Responsibility for and further development of specialized manufacturing processes at the site, with a focus on welding technology and printing methods
- Specification of manufacturing processes, associated parameter management, equipment, and tools in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Execution and evaluation of manufacturing trials in cooperation with industry partners or within the in-house production environment
- Selection of processes and parameterization for the production of new products, considering both technical and economic aspects
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies
- Close collaboration with the departments of Production, Quality, Product Development, and IT
- Technical supervision of in-house automated production systems to ensure production targets
## Qualifications for the role
- Completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the industrial application of welding and printing technologies
- In-depth understanding of technical processes and material properties
- High level of personal responsibility, independence, and goal orientation
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are at ease communicating in German. Communication skills in English is a plus
