Your MissionWe are looking for a motivated support team member (m/f/d) in the area of Production & Support, ideally a working student, to actively assist our production team in day-to-day operations. Your MissionWe are looking for a motivated support team member (m/f/d) in the area of Production & Support, ideally a working student, to actively assist our production team in day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on insights into the production processes of a fast-growing tech startup and work closely with colleagues from production, logistics, and procurement. Your Role
• Support our Production Team with pre-assembly tasks for our robotic systems and assemblies.
• Perform soldering of electronic components and contribute to ensuring high product quality.
• Actively help shape and optimize our warehouse according to Lean and 5S principles by reorganizing, structuring, and maintaining efficient, clear, and sustainable workflows.
• Take on various operational tasks within the production environment and support wherever help is needed.
• Work carefully according to work instructions and contribute your own ideas to improve processes and workplace organization.
Your Profile
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
• You have good manual skills and an interest in hands-on work in a production environment.
• You have initial experience in soldering and/or assembly work.
• You work in a reliable, structured, and detail-oriented manner.
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy getting things done.
• You are a team player with an independent working style.
• You have very good German or English language skills.
