Your tasks:Join us in shaping the future of our global business segment and drive innovation in a dynamic, international environment.
* Drive the global business segment strategy within the assigned application group and conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses
* Execute strategic product management activities, including portfolio assessments and deriving production, development, and quality requirements
* Advance the product portfolio by initiating improvements and developing new solutions in close collaboration with customers/OEMs and R&D
* Prepare and negotiate customer¿related topics such as pricing, contracts, and non¿disclosure agreements in alignment with the business segment manager, legal department, sales offices, and other internal stakeholders
* Coordinate technical consultation and support across the entire value chain to address customer¿specific challenges
Your profile:
* Master's degree in business or engineering, combined with extensive experience in an international industrial environment, ideally in sales and/or product management
* Strong intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working within a global team
* Clear customer and business orientation
* Open, positive, and confident communicator
* Fluent business English skills
